It doesn't really mean much, apart from the fact that it has taken them this long to trawl through similar type cases and possibly find evidence in yours. Hold on in there.....

How was the duty sol during your interview? Did you feel confident?

He didn't say a word through it all gave no advice police said as i handed myself in they hadn't had time to collect statements they said she had apparently told a doctor and also a councillor I had done this to her so they had to go get a statement of them. she's very close with my mum so two months after i text my mum saying its safer we don't speak then a week after i said that she did a statement saying she disclosed it to her as well.

So let me see if I understand this. You were interviewed with absolutely no disclosure (evidence) not even hand-written notes taken from her interview or first complaint?

If that is the case you should have been advised to go no comment. I usually say this is not the way to go but when you have no idea what the allegations are how are you supposed to answer?!

Sorry may have worded that wrong they had her statement just not the disclosures.

So they had to get the doctors and counsiler as she says she disclosed to them

Which area are you in? Or more to the point, where would any potential trial be (where the alleged offences occurred)? I ask it seems you need a different solicitor is you are called in again for reinterview

In Derby as i said its been a year today and i have no second interview could they still want one?
